Listing a Work Request's Errors

View a list of error messages for a desktop pool's work request in Secure Desktops.

Note

To perform this task, you must be the desktop administrator.
1. Open the navigation menu and select Compute. Under Secure Desktops, select Desktop Pools.
2. Select the compartment that contains the desktop pool with the work request that you want to view.
3. Select the desktop pool name.
4. On the Desktop Pool page, select the Work Requests tab.
5. Select a work request operation.
6. Select the Error Messages tab.
  Errors are listed in tabular form and display the following information:
  Code
  Message
  Timestamp
  Use the Search and Filter bar to find errors of interest.
Use the work-request list-errors command and required parameters to list error messages for a work request:
oci desktops work-request list-errors --work-request-id <ocid>
