Viewing a Desktop Pool's Details
View details for a specific desktop pool or individual desktop by using Secure Desktops.

To perform this task, you must be the desktop administrator.- Open the navigation menu and select Compute. Under Secure Desktops, select Desktop Pools.
- Select the compartment that contains the desktop pool you need the details for.
- Select the desktop pool name.
- On the Desktop Pool page, select the Details tab to see the following information about the pool.
- General information: Compartment, description, start and stop times, OCID, creation date, contact details, administrator privileges, and client URL (used to access desktops).
- Placement: Availability domain.
- Pool size: Maximum size and standby size for the desktop pool.
- Image and shape: Image, operating system, use dedicated virtual machine host, shape, OCPU count, memory (GB), baseline utilization per OCPU, and boot volume size.
- Storage: Desktop storage, volume size, and backup policy.
- Device access policy: Clipboard, audio, drive mapping and camera access.
- Desktop pool network: Virtual Cloud Network (VCN), subnet, and network security groups (NSGs).
- Private access network (if enabled): Virtual Cloud Network (VCN), subnet, private endpoint IP address, private endpoint domain name, and network security groups (NSGs).
- Desktop management policy: Action on inactivity and grace period, action on disconnect and grace period, scheduled start and stop times for desktops.
- Resource usage: Number of active desktops.
- Select the Desktops tab to view details for the desktops in the desktop pool.
Information for each desktop is displayed, including:
- Connection Duration: The duration for which a desktop was or still is connected.
- Time Connected: The time when the last connection to a desktop started.
- Time Disconnected: The time when the last connection to a desktop ended.
- Next Action: The next action to be performed on a desktop. This is only applicable for desktops where the pool has a desktop management policy or has a pool schedule.
- Next Action Time: The time when the next action is to be performed on a desktop. This is only applicable for desktops where the pool has a desktop management policy or has a pool schedule.
- Last Action: The last action performed on a desktop.
- Last Action Time: The time the last action was performed on a desktop.
- Client Type: The type of Secure Desktops client connected to a desktop.
- Client Version: The version of the Secure Desktops client connected to a desktop. This is applicable only to the installed client type.
- Client Platform: The platform on which the Secure Desktops client runs.
- User name: The friendly name for the user.
- Status: The current status of the desktop (Active, Inactive, Creating, Updating, Deleting, Deleted, Failed).
- Desktop ID: The OCID for the desktop.
- Instance ID: A link to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute instance for the desktop.
- Image ID: The OCID of the image used by the desktop.
- Image Name: The name of the image used by the desktop.
- Client platform: The platform on which the connecting client runs.
- Connection Duration: The duration for which a desktop was or still is connected.
- Time Connected: The time when the last connection to a desktop started.
- Time Disconnected: The time when the last connection to a desktop ended.
- Next Action: The next action to be performed on a desktop. This is only applicable for desktops where the pool has a desktop management policy or has a pool schedule.
- Next Action Time: The time when the next action is to be performed on a desktop. This is only applicable for desktops where the pool has a desktop management policy or has a pool schedule.
- Last Action: The last action performed on a desktop.
- Last Action Time: The time the last action was performed on a desktop.
- Client Type: The type of Secure Desktops client connected to a desktop.
- Client Version: The version of the Secure Desktops client connected to a desktop. This is applicable only to the installed client type.
- Client Platform: The platform on which the Secure Desktops client runs.
- Created: The date when the desktop was created.
